I am pleased to announce the release of Club 57 in conjunction with the Club 57 Show at MoMA, opening this fall. The book features interesting and provocative photographs from the Acts of Live Art Show (June 1980) and the Elvis Memorial Party (August 1980). Included are early photographs of Keith Haring, Kenny Scharf, Ann Magnuson, John Sex, Klaus Nomi, Joey Arias and others.
